New Year and First Model Painting!

A new year, a new painting!  This year my goal is to concentrate on portraiture/figure painting and drawing.  Well, that is one goal, anyway!  Hopefully, I will be able to learn from watching my fellow artists at alumni drawing night.  It is always challenging.  I'm surrounded by a LOT of wonderful talent there.  So . . . here's the first installment in the portrait genre!
